Native Ikine

Native ikine in Berrik speak the ancient Berrish. Only some, if any, understand English at all. However, it has been known that young cubs under human care are able to learn English if studied correctly.

Humanoid

Humainoids in Berrish speak English. Most do not understand Berrish unless they have found the ancient relics- which is near impossible. They cannot talk to ikine in the ancient Berrish language.

Elders

Elders can easily speak the ancient Berrish language therefore can talk to ikine. They also know English well but choose not to speak it often unless in dire need.
